Terms and Conditions - Wedding Photography Services
1. Booking and Payment:
1.1 Booking: A non-refundable booking fee of 35% is required to secure your wedding date. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the booking fee.
1.2 Payment: The remaining balance is due 1 Month before the wedding date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of services.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
2.1 Cancellation by Client: The booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made 1 Month or less before the wedding will incur a fee of 50% of the total package price.
2.2 Rescheduling: Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for rescheduling within 30 days of the original date.
3. Image Ownership and Usage:
3.1 Ownership: The photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the wedding.
3.2 Usage Rights: The client receives personal usage rights to the images, allowing them to print and share the photos for personal use only. Commercial use of images requires prior written consent from the photographer.
4. Image Delivery and Editing:
4.1 Delivery: Images will be delivered 6 Weeks after the wedding.
4.2 Editing: The photographer will select and edit images according to their artistic judgment. Additional editing requests may be subject to an additional fee.
5. Client Cooperation:
5.1 Cooperation: The client agrees to cooperate with the photographer to achieve the best results, including but not limited to following the photographer's directions and arriving on time for scheduled sessions.
6. Liability:
6.1 Limitation: In the unlikely event of severe medical, natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain an alternative photographer. The photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer of equal quality.
7. Complaints:
7.1 Resolution: Any complaints should be raised by the client directly to the photographer in writing within 15 days of receipt of images. The photographer will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly.
8. Force Majeure:
8.1 Conditions: The photographer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, governmental actions, pandemics, epidemics, or natural disasters.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
9.1 Agreement: By booking the photographer's services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
